For the comfort and convenience of our patients who take Coumadin or other medications that affect blood clotting, our anticoagulation center utilizes finger stick rather than the traditional “arm stick” method. Test results are immediate; therefore, medication adjustments, return appointments or questions about your care can be addressed during the same visit.
