Because
you are a partner with us in caring for your health, we want
to answer your questions. The office telephone is answered 24
hours a day. We have nurses to help you during office hours
and can handle requests for test results, prescription refills
and scheduling of procedures. If the nurse or trained medical
assistant needs to refer your call to a physician, she or he
will do so.
Sometimes
the nurse is unavailable because of the large volume of telephone
calls we receive. If this happens, please leave a message
on our telephone mailbox giving your name, telephone number
and a brief summary of your situation. A nurse or medical
assistant will call you back as soon as possible.
