When
scheduling an appointment, please tell the receptionist the
nature of your visit to allow sufficient time for the doctor
to see you. If you must cancel or if you are running late, please
notify us as soon as possible. If you have an urgent need, a
physician is available 24 hours a day, and our nursing staff
is available during office hours.
We
like to see our patients promptly, however, emergencies sometimes
arise that delay us. If your doctor is involved in emergency
patient care, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange
for another appointment time.
