Dr. Thomas F. Mullady graduated from medical school at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland in 1955. He served his residency at the Manhattan VA Hospital in New York and completed his fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
